Head of Strength and Conditioning
We are currently seeking a Head of Strength and Conditioning for our 2026 campaign.
This position will Lead the design and delivery of world-class strength and conditioning programs for Matatū and Aupiki contracted athletes.
This role drives an athlete-centered approach, aligning physical preparation with team strategy and long-term player development. You’ll oversee performance planning, technology integration, and collaboration with sports science, nutrition, and medical specialists to ensure optimal performance and player welfare.
