Sarah Munro has been part of the rugby administration environment since 2018 and serves as General Manager for Matatū. With a background originally in Human Resources across the banking and legal sectors, Sarah brings a strong people-first approach and extensive organisational leadership to the programme.

Alongside her role with Matatū, Sarah also works within the people and culture space for the Crusaders organisation. She has played an important role in helping shape the growth of Matatū since the inaugural 2022 season, contributing to the development of the club’s identity, culture, and long-term legacy.

Away from rugby, Sarah is a proud wife and mum who enjoys spending time outdoors, often running or biking through the Port Hills. She recently completed the Coast to Coast Longest Day event, proving that mum’s truly can do everything!
