Natalie Delamere returns to Matatū after previously representing the club across the 2022 and 2023 Super Rugby Aupiki seasons. A powerful and versatile forward, Delamere has experience across both hooker and loose forward and brings valuable international and Super Rugby experience to the squad.

Originally from Bay of Plenty, Natalie made her Black Ferns debut in 2022 and was part of New Zealand’s Rugby World Cup-winning squad later that year. She also featured for the NSW Waratahs during their 2022 Super W title-winning campaign before returning to New Zealand rugby. 

After missing the 2024 Aupiki season through injury, Delamere returned to Super Rugby with Hurricanes Poua before rejoining Matatū for 2026. Known for her physicality, versatility, and strong presence around the field, she adds valuable experience to the forward pack.
