Jen Ardagh

Role: Physiotherapist

Matatū Physiotherapist Jen Ardagh brings more than a decade of physiotherapy experience across private practice and high-performance rugby environments. Since transitioning into rugby in 2020, she has worked with Matatū, Canterbury FPC, and the Black Ferns programmes, supporting athletes across both domestic and international campaigns.

In her role with Matatū, Jen leads the delivery of high-performance physiotherapy services, with a strong focus on injury management, rehabilitation, return-to-play planning, and optimising athlete performance throughout the season. She is known for her approachable nature, clear communication style, and collaborative approach within multidisciplinary performance teams. Jen was also part of the 2023 Super Rugby Aupiki championship-winning Matatū campaign.

Away from rugby, Jen is a proud wife and mum who enjoys an active family life, keeping up with her rugby-mad toddler and energetic Border Collie.
